Bobbi Brown Nude Collection For 2009

As Bobbi puts it so nicely, nude make-up "really never goes out of style; It's polished, sophisticated, and always looks modern." With that in mind, her Nude Collection for Fall makes use of colors that enhance a woman's skin-tone and bring out her inner beauty. All of the Bobbi Brown shades being introduced can be used to transition a look from day-time to night-time.

Here is what you can expect to find in this new limited edition collection:

Nude Eye Palette ($60) - This palette features three eyeshadow duos in exclusive colors providing a range of shadow finishes - soft matte, lightly pearlized, and metallic high-shimmer. The six shades are: Navajo Eyeshadow, Pebble Metallic Eyeshadow, Chino Eyeshadow, Beige Linen Shimmer Wash Eyeshadow, Maple Sugar Metallic Eyeshadow, and Caviar Eyeshadow.

Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner in Caviar Ink ($21) - This shade is a very rich, deep brown.

Shimmer Brick in Nude ($38) - This Shimmer Brick features five shades of pure pearl pigments: pink, gold, bronze, beige, and caramel. Mixed together, the color creates a nude glow.

Creamy Lip Color ($22 each) - There are four new shades of this highly moisturizing lipstick being offered - Rose Bud, Rose Garden, Soft Blush, and Twilight. All are pink or brown nudes.

  2. I bought the palette and the shimmer brick. Both are gorgeous. I like that most of her colours go on like butta. If you prefer having your colors more vibrant, I would definitely recommend some type of colored base underneath, though. These are fairly muted.

Love your blog sweetie, You're doing a great job!

Houston Living - The shimmer brick and the palette are on my wish-list! I think both would be great to use for a pretty, glowing summer look. Thanks for the tip of using a base under these for more vibrant color!
