Tina Turnbow For Tarte Go Gorgeously Green Event!

This Friday, April 9th, eco-chic celebrity makeup artist, Tina Turnbow, and her team of Tarte artists will be making an appearance at the Sephora on 42nd St. and Madison Avenue.
